Payment methods
The payment by credit card used is made through a third-party payment gateway. With this payment method, Dinastia Tranquila Lda never collects or processes any customer data related to the card number. All data is processed directly by the payment gateway provider. The payment for your stay is made directly with the bank. The cards currently supported by the payment gateway are all those with Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro cards. When paying by card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a validation code, which corresponds to the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card. We will not contact you by phone to request additional details, nor should you provide such information by any other means.

You can also pay by ATM reference or MB Way. MB WAY payments are made via the Mbway app on your cell phone. Once you have completed your purchase, you have 5 minutes to make the payment. You should receive a notification on your cell phone with the payment. If you don’t receive a notification, you should enter the app in the activity section and accept the payment from the HiPay institution.
